multi-gateway routing layer
One sending API for silabi. Many gateways underneath, chosen per message.
Every message is scored against live per-network delivery performance, cost, speed and reliability before it leaves the building. Failed submissions fail over automatically; ambiguous ones are reconciled with the provider instead of being sent twice.
Gateway-independent
Silabi sends a phone number and a message. It never learns which provider carried it, and adding another provider is one adapter, not a rewrite.
Network-aware routing
Vodacom, Airtel, Yas, Halotel and Zantel are scored separately, in rolling 15-minute to 7-day windows, so the winner changes with reality.
Never sends twice
A provider timeout is treated as unknown, not failed. The platform asks the provider what happened before it considers resending.
Money you can see
Every segment carries its provider cost, customer price and margin, per network and per gateway.
Full history
Every attempt, score, and raw delivery report is kept exactly as the provider sent it.
Reconciliation built in
Our records, gateway statements and Silabi's own totals are compared and every gap is flagged.
